Is Private Health Insurance For Everyone?

There have been a lot of people talking about the private health insurance reform these past few weeks so I thought I would put my 2 cents in. Remember this is all my opinion but some ones opinion got this whole thing started to before you stop reading just think about what you might be missing out on.

The stats show that 86 percent of Americans are happy with their health coverage. That is all fine understand that the 86 percent comes from those that already have insurance. What about the families that don’t have any health insurance because they can’t afford it. Do you think they are happy with their coverage? You know the one of the biggest reasons people are in debt is because of medical bills? I am not saying that the government needs to take over the health insurance but you have to agree that there has got to be a better way of helping people without it right?

I am not voting for either side in the little article I just want people to think of both sides. When I was in college I have a class that made us write 6 papers per week. We had one due on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We had to write a paper for and a paper against whatever topic we chose. It was really hard to write about something that you already had an opinion on.

For example if you already had an opinion on abortions, let’s say you are against it, but you had to write a paper backing up why people should accept it don’t you think that would be hard. Most of the time I did not change my final opinion on certain things but it did open my eyes to looking at things from a different perspective.

So whether you are an agent looking for health insurance sales leads or if you are just another average person that happens to read this, remember to look at both sides before you start to judge and make your decisions.
